Course Overview

The Certificate III in Meeting and Events is designed to reflect the role of those meeting and events staff with the day to day responsibilities for coordinating meetins, confererences and events. The course focuses on developing skills in the areas of; customer service, event co-ordination and promotion. It also gives a general overview of the Tourism Industry. For example: basic finance, tourism knowledge, working with colleagues and customers and the laws relating to this industry.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be eligible to be assessed for a National Certificate of Competency.
