Course Overview
This course is designed to reflect the job role of contract bookkeepers or employees performing book keeping tasks for organisations in a range of Industries.Students will gain skills in computer applications, especially in the use of MYOB Accounting software products and in preparing financial reports and records for a range of business types, including BAS statements and other financial statements, developing bookkeeping management systems for organisations and general administration.
Persons providing a BAS service must be registered by the Tax Practitioners Board and this qualification is currently cited as meeting the educational requirements for registration.
