Course Overview

This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a range of well-developed retail travel sales and operational skills.

Travel is one of Australia’s biggest industries and this qualification will equip you for employment in Australia and possible overseas in the tourism industry.

In a retail, office or shopfront environment where the planning of customer’s travel and touring arrangements including leisure, corporate, domestic and international sales.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales).
