Course Overview

A scaffolding licence is mandatory when carrying out scaffolding duties on any worksite in Victoria.

This is a mid-range course designed to help you develop your skills and knowledge of scaffolding. This course builds on the concepts established in the basic course.

What you will learn

In this course you will learn how to:

  • Alter and repair tube and coupler scaffold
  • Cantilevered crane loading platform
  • Dismantle tube and coupler scaffold
  • Erect tube and coupler scaffold
  • Inspect mast climber
  • Inspect tube and coupler scaffold.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be eligible to be assessed for a National Certificate of Competency.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must have successfully completed Basic Scaffolding course or its deemed equivalent.
