Course Overview

This course provides you with the skills and knowledge you need to operate a variety of retail equipment to achieve a given task and maintain the operating data for entry and recall.

Course structure

In this course you will learn about the skilled operation and maintenance of a range of retail equipment, including point-of-sale systems, keyboards and data entry equipment according to manufacturer instructions, design specifications, store policy and timeframes.
