Course Overview

If you want a supervisory role in retail, this is the course for you. You'll train on the latest retail technology, developing real-world skills and enhancing your employability. You'll learn about developing employee relations, maintaining store security and overseeing work teams.

Working in retail offers job progression and the chance to work in many different environments from food to fashion, audio to automotive.

Entry Requirements

  • Successful completion of Certificate II in Retail Operations or recognised as competent in Certificate II in Retail Operations or two years full time experience in the retail industry.
  • Attendance at interview may be required.

Assessment is competency based and includes participation in online activities, portfolios, demonstrations, presentations and written assignments.
