Course Overview

Turn you passion for music into a career with a recognised qualification from GippsTAFE. This course focuses on performance and contemporary music. It aims to prepare musicians and singers for work in the music industry or for advanced study.

You’ll get to perform at real gigs and learn in our purpose built training facility complete with recording studio and keyboard laboratory.

You’ll get hands on experience in composing songs and accompaniments, sound recording and mixing as well as music software and the art of improvisation.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Diploma of Music.
