Course Overview
The great challenge for a modern manager is how to keep up with all of your own work while effectively interacting and communicating with your team at the same time. How can you get more done in those areas of your job that only you can do and yet still be an effective leader of your people?
Many managers and their staff report feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, stressed and highly unproductive as the result of the huge volumes of information they receive, interruptions to their work and the sense of urgency that accompanies them.
What you will discover during this program will enhance your ability to achieve greater productivity through focused attention on tasks and activities that are important to long-term success. At the same time, participants can learn how to better manage the lesser priority tasks, interactions and interruptions with your staff, saving time and resources.
