Course Overview

One of the most demanding responsibilities for managers is the evaluation and performance of staff. This course aims to teach you strategies for decision making for promotion, training, counselling and even dismissal. These strategies are vitally important to the success of any organisation and the retention of staff, their most valuable asset.
