Course Overview

This short course, presented by the Moreland Group, is for those new to project management. This program provides a foundation to understanding the project management life cycle, functions essential to successful project management and common project management terminology and concepts.

This program is desiged to develop the skills required to complete a project plan which ensures completion on time, to budget and within project specifications.

Designed for:This course is designed for those with limited or no experience of Project Management who will be working in a project environment or alternatively those with knowledge of project management techniques who wish to extend their expertise.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon completion of this course students will receive a Statement of Participation.
