Course Overview

In this course, participants will be treated to a demonstration of basic chocolate work. You will see a range of chocolate items being prepared in a hands-on environment, including molded chocolates, truffles, modern cake decorations, garnishes and desserts. Our expert trainer will share the secrets of handling chocolate correctly and give you the inside tips you need to produce a chocolate feast to impress your friends at your next dinner party.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon completion of this course students will receive a Statement of Participation.
