Course Overview

This course will teach you the process of laying modular paving. Modular paving uses pre-cut bricks which come in a range of sizes and colours and can be made of natural materials such as stone, slate or shale.

Course structure

In this course you will learn about:

  • Planning and preparation of paving
  • Setting out an area
  • Ground preparation
  • Laying of bedding materials
  • Laying pavers to a given pattern
  • Cleaning of site and equipment.
Is this course right for me?

This course is designed for landscapers and gardeners who are involved in the installation of pavers for small home gardens through to large industrial sites.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon completion of this course students will receive a Statement of Participation.
