Course Overview
This one-year, full-time course aims to provide you with excellent broad based Information Technology (IT) skills. The course has two streams Programming or Multimedia. This qualification can prepare you to perform a range of more complex IT services, enabling you to pursue a career working with operation systems, computer programming, networking, software, multimedia and hardware.
The successful completion of this course can provide a pathway to employment, or further study at TAFE or University.

Assessment is competency based and includes satisfactory completion of tests, assignments, practical exercises and assignments and training in a practical placement environment.
Opportunities For Further Study
Provides a pathway to degree or diploma level studies at University or other TAFE institutes. Credit averages allow entry to the Bachelor degree at Monash University but with no credits.
