Course Overview
Would you like to work in a people-oriented industry where you'll have the opportunity to build an interesting and varied career?
Hospitality staff are employed in many different environments from local cafes and bars to fine dining restaurants, resorts, hotels and casinos. The work may take place behind the scenes or front of house, interacting directly with customers.
In this course, you'll gain practical skills in serving and preparing food and beverages. You'll learn how to perform a range of skilled operations with a minimum level of supervision.
Serving real customers in our training restaurants enables you to perfect your skills in an authentic workplace environment. You'll enhance your employability and be able to join the hospitality industry with confidence.
You may enrol in individual units.
Qualifications And Recognition
Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate III in Hospitality.Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
