Course Overview

Expressions of interest are now open for this accelerated learning experience which is designed for people already employed and experienced in the Hospitality trade.

The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality is designed for students who have completed the Diploma of Hospitality and would like to increase their skills and knowledge to be competent as a senior manager in any hospitality functional area.

Individuals with this qualification are able to perform roles such as senior manager in a large hospitality enterprise and or owner, manager of a hospitality enterprise.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.

For the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality excellerate program students may be required to complete journals, presentations, assignments, projects and group projects.

GippsTAFE is taking expression of interest from students in relation to the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality excellerate program.  From July 2011 we will be offering Recognition of prior learning  for this qualification as well.
