This course will teach you the importance of a chemical labels and how to interpret them. You will learn how to follow instructions ranging from calibration to application and understand the legal requirements as a chemical user.

• Transport, handle and store chemicals RTC3705A.

Experience with agricultural or horticultural spray units and chemicals is compulsory.

Assessment

You will be assessed in each module through a selection of class work, practical work, completion of the workbook and a series of tests.

This course is delivered over a period of 15 hours. The balance of the course will be completed with the workbook. Class times can be arranged around the student group for days and evening classes.
