Course Overview

The Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety is an ideal qualification for OHS professionals who coordinate and maintain OHS programs within the workplace.

Skills include managing, designing, developing, applying and maintaining OHS data, systems, participative arrangements as well as risks, hazards and environments within the workplace.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However it is recommended that candidates complete the Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety prior to commencing this qualification.

Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include: BSB41407 Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or other relevant qualification/s OR with vocational experience in providing guidance to others in matters relating to occupational health and safety but without formal OHS qualifications.
