Course Overview

This two day learning experience is based on the ancient theories of Reflexology. We will link theory to the practical to explain body zones. You will be taught how to provide a relaxation technique for a standalone treatment, or one that can be combined with other treatment therapies.

In this course you will learn about:

  • History of reflexology
  • Linking body zones to the feet
  • Techniques and routines
  • Applying reflexology
  • Combining reflexology with other treatments and contraindications.
