Course Overview
A career as a personal trainer is a rewarding way to help people get fit, manage their weight and live a healthy lifestyle. This course gives you the qualification you need to work as a personal trainer either in a gym, fitness studio or as a sole trader.In this course, students may learn how to plan exercise programs for clients; evaluate posture; gauge muscle strength and range of motion; and demonstrate the use of a broad range of fitness equipment.
