    Want to get a head start on a career in the building industry? GippsTAFE provides you with the skills you need to hit the ground running as a cabinet maker and increase your chances of gaining an apprenticeship.

    GippsTAFE is recognised by the Institute for Trade Skills Excellence as one of Australia's leading building and construction training providers.

    This course will develop your skills in the safe use of hand and power tools, static machines and the ability to construct furniture and cabinets' using solid timber's and manufactured boards.

    As well as the core units, you may choose some subjects of your choice so you can tailor the course to your own interests or career goals.
