Course Overview

This qualification is designed for those who provide a range of services to clients and employers aimed at locating, securing and maintaining suitable employment for clients in private, government-contracted employment agencies and specialist employment service areas.

This course is suitable for those currently working in employment services areas who require a qualification, or for those desiring a career in this field.

Participants may gain employment as a recruitment consultant, case manager or as a placement and recruitment officer in government or private employment agencies.

Traineeships training are a combination of both on and off-the-job components and critiques carried out by a workplace supervisor.

Qualifications And Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate IV in Employment Services.
