Brad has over nine years experience in the area of online communication and learning. He specialises in online facilitation as well as mentoring others and developing customised training solutions.
Brad is the author and creator of courses that are offered on a global scale. This has led to Brad teaching online students from all over Australia as well as from the USA, UK, NZ and Singapore.
Brad is very interested in how new technologies can be used to enhance online learning and enjoys working out rollout and hosting solutions. His clients include Master Grocers Australia and the Australian Regional Health Group.
Brad has received a citation form the Australian College of Educators for excellence in education, and was the "Outstanding Teacher of the Year" at the 2004 Victorian Training Awards.

Dale Duncan Educational online content developer

Dale has a Diploma of Visual Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Education and has taught Visual Arts and Graphic Design since 1986. He produces multimedia learning materials for CD-ROM and the internet, specialising in animations and website design. He has developed content for Sustainable Learning Australia, TruEnergy and St Vincents Hospital to name a few.

Julie's qualifications include an Associate Diploma of Social Science (Library and Information Studies), Cert IV in Business (Human Resources), Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, and Cert IV in Business Administration. She is also an RPL/RCC Assessor and an internal auditor and has been with the Institute for over 14 years.

Tony McGrath has been the GippsTAFE's Curriculum Officer since May 2006 and is able to offer advice and support on a range of curriculum related matters including the interpretation and implementation of Training Packages, qualifications, courses, units of competency, accreditation issues, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and other matters.

Malcolm Jolly Team Leader - Innovation

Malcolm is a qualified teacher and has extensive experience in developing and running flexible delivery programs for VET personnel, particularly in the area of professional development. He has worked across a range of teaching disciplines and at different organisational levels.
Malcolm has managed a variety of innovative flexible delivery projects at the local, state and national level. In particular Malcolm has managed a number of projects for the Australian Flexible Learning Framework including Virtual Worlds Real Learning
He has a keen interest in the use of virtual classrooms and virtual worlds for teaching purposes.

Lynn Huguenin Flexible Learning Project Officer

Lynn has been teaching online for a number of years. More recently she facilitated two online professional development networks for the Australian Flexible Learning Framework exploring the use of online voice tools and virtual classrooms. In 2008 she completed the Diploma of Online Learning and has a strong insight into what it is like to study online. Lynn is keen to promote and support online learning at GippsTAFE.
